called Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy

How does Time Line Therapy™ work?

Time Line Therapy™ is one of the most powerful and unique therapeutic technique processes which allows freedom for clients.

With a reprogramming process that utilises a client’s own internal “Time Line” it works with their unconscious mind in a variety of ways by letting them go back into their past, often from childhood

It gives clients freedom from undesired thoughts, behaviours or dramatic experiences by releasing the unwanted negative emotions from the memories that first caused them, in their relationships in both their personal and business lives.  It does this without the client having to relive the emotions or negative content of those events.

THE HISTORY of Time Line Therapy™

Time Line Therapy™ is a hypnotic approach created in the 1980’s by NLP practitioner

Dr. Tad James PhD.

 In Tad James own words “Your ‘Time Line is how you unconsciously store your memories or how you unconsciously know the difference between a memory from the past and a projection of the future.

Behavioural change in an individual takes place at an unconscious level.  People don’t change consciously.

The Time Line Therapy™ process allows you to work at the unconscious level and release the effects of past negative experiences and change ‘inappropriate’ programming in minutes rather than days, months or years.”

All clients have a past and a future in Time Line Therapy™.  We deal with both, creating a future that you deserve and desire.  You don’t have to tell us about your past events as it is a non-emotional and objective process.  Content-free means that details of the events in the past which have resulted in negative emotions and beliefs do not have to be revealed to the coach.  We won’t re-traumatise you.  We deal with the painful and dramatic experiences without having to re-live the emotions or negative content of those events.

How will I feel after Time Line Therapy™?

At the end of your session you will remember everything that has happened when you reopen your eyes.  The most common sensation afterwards is a feelings of a calm, peaceful state, leaving you feeling re-energised and with a greater sense of wellbeing and readiness to move on.


Some clients, including myself, feel lightness as if all the emotional baggage we have been carrying on our shoulders has just lifted and disappeared.


However, Amanda always recommends after any holistic healing session that you make self-care a priority.  To ensure you eat well, get plenty of sleep, have a nice fresh walk, take some time off afterwards just to calm your mind and allow your mind, body and soul to relax a little and allow the process to filter through.
